Paddleboard Yoga
Offering SUP Yoga and Yoga Float classes. Check out the schedule below and reserve your spot. Space is limited. Each class is an hour long. Age 16 years or older.

SUP Yoga you’ll flow through a series of yoga postures specifically curated to challenge your strength, and enhance your balance. From sun salutations to standing balances and gentle stretches, each with modifications for the paddleboard.
Float Yoga is a unique and blissful experience that combines the tranquility of being on water with the soothing practice of guided meditation. This class is designed to guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses and guided meditation, all while floating on the water.
