SOVA Yoga Studio’s classes are designed to allow all to reach their level of fitness on their own terms. Yoga goes beyond the mat and the physical postures practiced in class can directly relate to everyday activities. Yoga benefits your physical well being but is also able to create a more peaceful mind. One of the truly beautiful benefits of yoga is the camaraderie that results from participating in group sessions.
