Kelly

Yoga Instructor -500-ERYT, Meditation Coach, and Certified Breath Coach

Kelly loves sharing yoga and believes that each one of us is our own healer. Everyone has the ability to create and discover a relationship with themselves that fosters compassion, love and trust. Yoga has been part of her life for over 12 years. She started with the intention to heal a running injury and continue to deepen her practice.

This led her to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher program in 2016 from Timeless Yoga in Utah. Then in 2019, she finished her training to become a 500-hour registered yoga teacher in Bali with Zuna Yoga.

When teaching she hopes for her students to find balance mentally, physically, and spiritually by providing them with a practice that they can embody in their daily lives off the mat.

Lauren

Yoga Instructor, 200-RYT

Lauren Hannon just moved to Hopewell from NC in April 2022. She’s from NY and became certified in Gentle Yoga/Yin while attending school at SUNY Cobleskill in Upstate NY in 2015 at Fit to be Tied Yoga Studio. During her training she learned to tie her practice into her passion for promoting self-care and mental health.

Over the last 7 years she’s taught classes to the communities in which she lived in that provided a relaxing atmosphere and encouraged the need to slow down from the hustle and bustle of daily life. She’s excited to teach yoga at SOVA Yoga Studio alongside Kelly. She is excited to be apart of the Hopewell community and can’t wait to meet everyone!

JoAnna
